Below are step-by-step instructions for you to enjoy an efficient and smooth transition to your boarding gate.

Make sure you have your passport and boarding pass within easy reach before you arrive at the passport control booth and present them to the Immigration Officer in attendance.  Remove your passport cover (if any) to facilitate a smooth inspection. 

Most countries require visitors to have a passport with a validity of not less than six months on entry and a valid Visa. Passengers are advised to check the entry requirements for all the destination countries in their itinerary. You may visit the websites of the respective Embassies or High Commissions or contact their consular offices to make the necessary arrangements.
